Yes – we offer a number of different discounts and memberships across our programme. You will also receive your ticket by text on the day of the show. Yes, you’re welcome to give your booked tickets to someone else to use, unless otherwise stated. Or you can book with our customer service team 11am – 3pm, Monday to Saturday. There is a £2.50 charge per transaction for phone bookings and exchanges. Our phoneline is open from 11am-6pm, Monday to Saturday (until 5pm on Bank Holidays).

A monthly autism friendly cinema screening in partnership with Cheshire Autism Practical Support Carers living in Cheshire West and Chester are welcome to meet for a monthly relaxed film screening. We work with local community groups and charities to host monthly screenings that bring people together through film. Babies under the age of 12 months old can sit on your lap for age-appropriate shows and films (and any Parent & Baby screening) and do not require a ticket. Storyhouse Card – Discounts on most tickets, no booking fees ever, Priority Booking – £4.99 a month, join here. You can also reprint them at the kiosks with your booking reference if you don’t have access to them digitally. Don’t panic – if you booked online, login to your account on storyhouse.com and you can resend yourself your tickets, or download them. However, we don’t allow you to sell on your tickets at a profit, and we will cancel the booking if you do!
